HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
The people centred culture of our organisation and our wish to even better meet the needs of our human resources, have made us create a department that deals with the planning and support of programs and policies concerning human resources. In its responsibilities are included, among others:
Seeking and finding of new collaborators
Management of issues that concern the labour relations of employees.
Training, education and evaluation of employees.
Supervision and active participation by means of proposals on issues of benefits, payment, and the development of employees in the organisation.
Management of administrative issues relating to staff.
